“Empowering people to become the best versions of themselves is my passion in life.”

- Virginia Jreisat, LCPC

After earning her Master’s in Counseling from Northwestern University, and gaining experience in both private practice and coaching settings, Virginia founded JANUS Co in 2022. She did so with the belief that something more was needed—an integrative space that reflects the complexity of the human experience and the need for new approaches to progress and success.

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Certified Life Coach, Virginia brings together the structure of evidence-based therapy with the forward-momentum of coaching to support lasting transformation. Over the past eight years, Virginia has chosen to specialize in individual psychotherapy and life coaching for emerging adults and young professionals—those standing at the crossroads of identity, independence, and direction. Inspired by the duality of Janus, her work centers on helping clients reflect on where they’ve been while actively shaping where they’re going.

Many of the individuals Virginia supports are navigating delayed independence—including both neurodiverse and neurotypical young adults—working to overcome stagnation and build the momentum needed to launch into adulthood. Whether it’s establishing autonomy, creating developmentally appropriate routines, building a secure sense of self, or learning how to form healthy boundaries and relationships, she offers informed and compassionate guidance through these pivotal transitions.

In addition to client work, Virginia provides corporate training and program consultation services for organizations seeking to strengthen their mental health, coaching, or leadership development initiatives. She specializes in designing and delivering interactive, psychologically informed workshops and strategic consultations that help leaders and teams foster healthier work cultures, emotional intelligence, and effective communication with their clients and on their teams. Whether collaborating with nonprofits, startups, or corporate environments, her goal is to deliver structured, practical, and results-driven interventions that promote both personal insight and organizational growth.

At JANUS, Virginia stands as both founder and fellow traveler — helping clients and collaborators alike move from where they’ve been to where they’re meant to go.
